Charlie Taylor is a Vidal Sassoon-trained haircutter, Master Hair Colorist, and the creator behind Charlie Taylor Studio, a private, by-appointment-only salon in West Chelsea, NYC. With over 20 years of experience, she’s worked with celebrities like Rebecca Hall, Rosamund Pike, Courtney Love, and David Harbour, as well as on campaigns such as Saatchi New York’s "It’s a Tide Ad" for Super Bowl LII, which won the Super Clio.

Charlie’s editorial work has been featured in Document Journal, Interview, Harper's Bazaar, and Vogue, and she did the hair for the first Instagram story for American Vogue with editor Jordan Bickham. Her collaborations extend across fashion, TV, advertising, and film, with notable contributions such as creating the look for Marvel’s The Black Widow in 2019, working with David Harbour as The Red Guardian. In 2022, Charlie crafted the haircut for Rebecca Hall’s character in the American psychological thriller, Resurrection.

Charlie founded Cool French Girl, a brand that combines fashion, beauty, and photography, focusing on styling, vintage fashion, and creative direction.

She lives in Manhattan with her two elder gentlemen, her American Bullies, Henry and George.
